Your wine journey begins in the vines where our Winemaker, Matt Scott, and our wine educators will be highlighting the next vintages and offering mini-tours. Enjoy an appetizer and wine while you stroll through the vines and engage in casual conversation. 

The evening progresses to a perfectly paired, plated, and rustic menu in our elegant fireside stateroom.
